Out-of-state check forgery ring busted by Madison PD

MADISON — Five people were arrested last week in a conspiracy involving fraudulent check writing here.
All five individuals were taken into custody for a conspiracy related to Uttering Forgery, according to MPD Major Robert Sanders.
Arrested were the following:
• Shavon Renard Robinson, 34, of Atlanta, Ga.
• Clifton Curtis Spann, 28, of Valdosta, Ga.
•Marshun Donta Jackson, 44, of Atlanta, Ga.
• Deandre Lucas Love, 41, of Vero Beach, Fla.
• Kevis Lewis Buice, 28, of Atlanta.
“The Madison Police Department is continuing its investigation, with the possibility of more arrests,” Sander said.
