Cedar Rapids Police searching for suspect in Wednesday morning bank robbery

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Iowa's News Now) — Cedar Rapids Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Wednesday morning at the Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust located at 5400 Council St NE.
Police say the call came in around 9:15a.m. They were told a white male, approximately five-feet, ten-inches tall, with a slender build displayed a handgun during the robbery and was last seen wearing a gray or green coat, work gloves, a Hawkeye knit cap and a black mask.
