Racine man, 65, arrested a day after allegedly robbing Kenosha bank

Kenosha and Racine police arrested a man a day after he allegedly robbed a bank in the 4300 block of 52nd Street in Kenosha on Friday.

The 65-year-old man was taken into custody Saturday afternoon near his home in the 1700 block of Mount Pleasant Street in Racine, according to Capt. Tim Schaal of the Kenosha Police Department. Javail Terry Winston, who was later identified in court documents, made his first appearance Monday in court where he was charged with felony robbery of a financial institution.

He remained in the Kenosha County Jail Monday night.
