2 charged in connection with Lexington bank robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Two people were charged in connection with a Lexington bank robbery on Wednesday.
Lexington police say officers were dispatched to the Central Bank in the 2200 block of Richmond Road for a robbery around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon.
On the scene, police say officers learned that a man wearing a dress, later identified as 18-year-old Jaycorion Dawson, entered the bank and demanded money. Dawson’s arrest citation says he repeatedly reached into the dress as if he had a gun.
