2 men arrested for using counterfeit checks during Facebook Marketplace meetups

COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — Two men in Colleton County were arrested last week after using counterfeit checks during multiple Facebook Marketplace meet-ups.
Jameco Harley and Corey Seabrook, Jr. have both been charged with obtaining goods under false pretenses and forgery.
On May 24, a Colleton County resident met with two prospective buyers on Drain Road in the Smoaks Area after listing a UTV for sale on Facebook Marketplace.
