Judge sentences Omaha man convicted of armed bank robbery that he used ChatGPT to help plan

OMAHA, Neb. —
The man convicted of using ChatGPT to plan an armed bank robbery in Omaha was sentenced to prison.
According to the Department of Justice, Deron Lewis-Payne, 23, went into the i3 Bank near 156th and Spaulding streets, pointed a handgun at the tellers, and told them he would kill them if they didn't follow his instructions.
